Industrial Hygienist, Naval Officer

I know what I wanted to do in life but was having a hard time getting started. Arnel helped me focus. He taught me how to take ACTION. If all you do is talk, then you’ll always be just talking. But if you start writing things down and implement them, then things will start happening in your life. I’m a Naval Officer, working as an Industrial Hygienist. I enjoy what I do. This is my calling. And I figured that out by working with him.

Most importantly, I can still reach out to Arnel whenever I need to. His COACHING works.

Please call him if you feel confused and want to get your career back on track. I’ll never regret contacting him. I’m so glad I did.

I was referred to Arnel by an acquaintance who achieved great results. I was a practicing attorney, with no debt, and making a six-figure salary, but I found myself crying on my way to work every morning. I put on a happy face in front of colleagues, family and friends, but it was an act. I knew being an attorney was not what I was supposed to do with my life. When I first saw Arnel’s website, I felt like I might have found the answer, even before I talked to him during our first free session.

Arnel helped me identify what my true purpose was and how to take calculated risks – the biggest issues holding me back – as I transitioned away from being an attorney. He helped me take the steps I wouldn’t have on my own from being an unhappy, unfulfilled New York City lawyer to become an educator in Africa, helping teach children in third world countries.

People questioned me leaving everything behind, but Arnel made me understand I deserved better and helped me pursue my true purpose. If it weren’t for him teaching me to take calculated risks, I would still be that person crying on their way to work every day. Thank you, Arnel, for your guidance and coaching.

Arnel came into my life at the perfect time. I’m like many people who choose a major in college because we’re told it’s financially rewarding but don’t know exactly what we’re getting ourselves into until it’s too late. Arnel showed me it’s never too late.

After earning my doctorate in physical therapy, I found that it was financially rewarding, and I didn’t enjoy the full-time, daily grind.

Money can’t quiet that voice inside of you that says you’re doing the wrong thing and mine was screaming that I was not supposed to only be a physical therapist in Wisconsin for the rest of my life.

Arnel helped me focus on my true passion, helping troubled children. With his guidance, I opened a non-profit development center helping trouble youth. I still practice physical therapy part-time and don’t have the dread I once did because I know it’s not the end-all, be-all of my life. In balancing the two, I’m living my best life and I have Arnel to thank for it.
