Hello. I'm Arnel Duvet. I came to America in my early 20s, knew zero English and had no skills. For many years, I worked in unsatisfying jobs; however, within only ten years of living in the U.S., I earned my bachelor's degree and two advanced degrees.

I spent many years searching for the perfect career. As a U.S. Naval Officer, I was honored to work with some of the finest professionals. While working in Naval leadership positions, I also became a certified life coach because it became clear to me how my life experiences could help serve others.

After receiving my Life Coaching Certification from the American Union of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I quickly discovered my strength for helping highly skilled professionals unhappy with their careers and, by extension, their lives. Their situation wasn’t surprising. According to Inc.com, 70 percent of working professionals see themselves on a career path but are not happy at their specific place of employment. They want to succeed but dislike the daily work. 

Upon working with me, professionals, such as pharmacists, physicians, attorneys and others, began seeing positive results. I am proud to have worked with and helped turn around the struggling careers of these highly educated individuals – people just like you. My clients who once second-guessed their career choices are now much happier, more respected and properly compensated.
